Low Glycemic Index Food Chart
A List of Low Glycemic Index Foods

This low glycemic index food chart is designed to make it easy for you to know which foods to eat and which foods to avoid.

I made it so that you could easily print it out and tape it to your refrigerator or cupboard and at a glance, know which foods you should be focusing on.

I had gotten feedback that printing out the list of glycemic index foods was cumbersome and difficult to reference on the go, so I hope you like this new format!

You'll notice that all of your low GI foods are on one page and grouped according to type.
