Proper nutrition, weight management, spinal adjustments and mild strengthening exercises.

My arthritic patients benefit the most from maintaining a proper weight in respect to their frame, good nutrition filled with unprocessed foods in their natural state (raw fruits and veggies have anti- arthritis ingredients), movement (tai chi or yoga are good), maintaining spinal alignment so the nervous system can do what it is meant to do and mild strengthening exercises (with expert supervision) to help build muscles around those aching joints.
